Das kleine Mehrfamilienhaus liegt mitten im «Gundeldingerquartier», ein Stadtbezirk in sich, nahe zum Bahnhof. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit Tram einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Nette Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Dort vermieten wir eine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung im Hochparterre mit grossem Garten. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und hat dennoch ihren Altbauflair beibehalten. Eine neu ausgestattete Küche mit jeglichem Komfort mit direktem Zugang zum Wohnzimmer, welches liebevoll zur Stadtoase eingerichtet wurde, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten, eine kleine Veranda mit grossem Gartenanteil. In dieser Oase können Sie sich nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag gut erholen. TV und Internet stehen zur Verfügung und sind inklusiv.
Da die Wohnung einen grösseren Garten hat, sind pro Monat Gartenpflege separat zu begleichen. Kümmert sich der Mieter um den Garten, fallen diese weg.
The small apartment building is located in the middle of the \;Gundeldingerquartier\;, a district in itself, close to the train station. The city center can be reached quickly and easily by tram. Nice restaurants and shops are also nearby. There we rent a beautiful 3-room apartment on the mezzanine floor with a large garden. The apartment is freshly renovated and has retained its old building flair. A newly equipped kitchen with every comfort with direct access to the living room, which has been lovingly furnished as a city oasis, two bedrooms with box spring beds, a small veranda with a large garden area. In this oasis you can relax after a hard day's work. TV and internet are available and included.
Since the apartment has a larger garden, garden maintenance is to be paid separately per month. If the tenant takes care of the garden, these do not apply.
