The bedroom is of a comfortable size, fitted with a wardrobe, nightstand, a desk and a single bed. The room is furnished and decorated with all the necessary things to make your stay in Barcelona as easy and comfortable as possible. Also, right next to the bedroom, there's a nicely structured bathroom.
Moreover, The apartment counts with a total of two bathrooms, washing machine and laundry basket. The living room is large and spacious, with a large flat tv, two comfy sofas, and a dinning table, which can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, the living room has access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. This apartment makes you feel at home with its comfy and homey feeling.

Also, this shared family apartment is right in the centre of Barcelona in the Eixample district, which is a short walking distance from the iconic Sagrada Familia. Thanks to the great location, you'll be able to easily access the many famous parts of Barcelona, such as: Plaça Catalunya and Casa Battló. Lastly, there are many shops and restaurants nearby the apartment, as well as bus stops and metro stations.

- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government\Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and\or have to pay a fine.
- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).
- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
