The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram.
The apartment is on the floor oft he building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.
The shared flat (4 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people.
This flat-sharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city.

We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for parties, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want. At the events also our two CEOs take part so you get the chance to get to know them if you join us. The group pictures are from our events.
