Welcome to our little zen corner in Valencia that we call home!
It is a cozy mini apartment where you will have everything you need in your adventure in Valencia, you will have a comfortable room for you and your partner with a sofa, you will also have a small kitchen Office with a mini-fridge and a spacious bathroom. And let's not forget our 40-inch Smart Tv. The terrace is communal and you can enjoy it if you feel like it!
As for the location we are in front of the emblematic garden of the Turia and the towers of the Serranos being able to immerse you to a few minutes in the historical helmet of Valencia. You have a bus and subway stop in front to enjoy the city. It is a private space, has everything you need to not have to use the common areas if you do not feel like it, is intimate and totally cozy, in terms of location is a privilege to enjoy the Turia river right in front and to walk through the old town just crossing the towers.
Our home is inside a residence with the following rules:
1. You will have 2 access keys, the main entrance and our apartment (It is mandatory when leaving and entering lock the apartment) is very simple, we will explain it to you when you enter, it is for the safety of the whole community.
2. No parties or pets are allowed under any circumstances because respect is paramount in our community.
3. The common kitchen is free access, if you use it you must leave it clean and in good condition for the next roommate. If you want to use the dishwasher you can do it on the same schedule as the laundry area.
4. The laundry area has 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer, and a drying area and is available from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00 with quick 30-minute washing cycles. It is very important to respect this schedule.
