The 27 m2 apartment on the second floor can be accessed with an elevator and provides you with a king size bed, a desk with chair, a sofa, a closet, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom. Further, you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, dishes, iron, hoover, bedding, towels and much more at your disposal - so you don't have to worry about bringing your household to Vienna.
You'll live in one of the most popular districts in Vienna, Wien-Neubau. Just around the corner there are a modern laundromat and tons of coffee houses, restaurants, bars, art galleries and trendy shops. Also, you'll find a pharmacy and grocery stores within walking distance. Various trams and a metro line just 100 m in distance will bring you anywhere in Vienna in no time.
