5. RENTAL RATES
- -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1\30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay
- An additional charge of €150 per month applies for a second person for 1 month rent or more.
- a legal contract and the establishment of residence in this property will result in a 10% increase in rent.
6. TRANSPORTATION

7. PROCEDURES
- Before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID.
- An advance payment of €100 per month covers electricity expenses, with an allowance of up to 150 kWh per month.
- Any excess energy consumption will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh.
- If you require a registered rental contract, please request it before booking, as it will incur a 10% increase in rent;
- the washing machine mentioned in the advertisement is shared and located outside the studio, on the same floor. The user will pay € 5 for each standard use (30mn)
8. PAYMENT
- Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA with subsequent payments directly to the owner.

9. ADDITIONAL COSTS
