AFTER PAYMENT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT OF:
- Confirmatory Deposit (500.- euro) (non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation);
- Guarantee Deposit (900.- euro) (amount paid as a guarantee of the contractual conditions);
- Security Deposit (300.- euro) (to guarantee any damage, defects or shortages) (if necessary, also from Guarantee).
So, Total Deposits = euro.
All will be returned 60 days after the expected end of the agreed rental period, except for unpaid fees, etc.
