One of the best advantages of this flat is that in winter is super warm without even opening the heating and is fresh in summer. Good vibes, very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen ready for cooking , very comfy bathtube. Perfect for couples, friends, individual, digital nomads. Is on the backyard so there is no noise from the street. Space to leave the bike. Of course all furnished, banquets, towels and optional a massage machine, yoga mat, long board, guitar ,etc :)
