Beautiful apartment located in one of the old Milan style courtyards a few steps from the most important universities in Milan. The flat is spacious and bright. It has a double bedroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a nice bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. All comfort and facilities are there to make you feel at ease and home :)
- Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 10.
Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee.
- We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded.
This property located in Via Primaticcio, Milan, a very nice neighborhood in the city center of Milan. The area is well served with markets, shops, restaurants and it is in the vicinity of many historical places and landmarks. Universities are also within 10 to 15 min distance by public transportation. The location is well served by Metro, bus, and trams, all of them are within walking distance.
Request for a contract to be registered must be paid €200 for each contract plus the registration costs to the revenue agency, if instead it is a company they are about another €70

- Check-in sono possibili dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9 alle 19. Sara' possibile effettuare il check-in dopo le 19, durante i weekend o durante festività' solamente se viene confermato da noi e pagando una extra-fee da accordare.
