The property includes two beautiful rooms and impresses with its upscale interior. The corresponding floor can be reached comfortably via a lift. The main train station and all shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.
The flat is fully equipped and ready to move in, it has all things for daily use: kitchen with all kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, induction cooker, 140x200 cm bed incl. mattress, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, hoover, cleaning utensils, TV, wifi.
