Bright and beautiful, renovated apartment in an old building, furnished and possibly also for an unlimited period. It has 2 rooms of the same size, which I use as a bedroom and living room \ study, but the comfortable couch can be quickly converted into a 140cm sofa bed, so that the apartment is also suitable for shared accommodation or offers space for guests.
The eat-in kitchen invites you to cook together. From there and from the bedroom you come to a small balcony, where you can have a good brunch or coffee for two.
Air conditioning systems are installed in the bedroom, living room and kitchen-cum-living room - they cool in summer and heat in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. A washing machine is in the bathroom.
Location:
The apartment is very centrally located and has great public transport connections. The 705 and 706 run directly in front of the front door, the Volksgarten and Friedrichstadt S-Bahn stops are only 3-5 minutes' walk away. This will take you to the main train station in 2 minutes and the S-11 will take you to the airport in 20 minutes.
Additional information:
There are numerous shops (Netto, Lidl, Rewe are all 3-5 minutes away on foot), some nice restaurants, cafés and bars (Chi Bay, Dreiraum, Kassette, ...), as well as the beautiful Volksgarten almost on the doorstep.
There is a piano and a guitar in the living room \ study, if necessary you are welcome to let off steam musically, but please also show a little consideration for the neighbors ;)

Ich vermiete meine helle und schöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung, möbliert und ggfs. auch unbefristet. Sie hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer, die ich als Schlafzimmer und Wohn\Arbeitszimmer nutze, aber die gemütliche Couch lässt sich schnell in ein 140cm Bettsofa umwandeln, sodass die Wohnung auch WG-tauglich wäre oder Platz für Gäste bietet.
Die Wohnküche lädt zum gemeinsam kochen ein. Von dort und aus dem Schlafzimmer kommt man auf einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man zu zweit gut brunchen oder Kaffee trinken kann.
Im Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und in der Wohnküche sind Klimaanlagen eingebaut - im Sommer kühlen und im Winter heizen sie. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt auch über eine Spülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist super mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren die 705 und 706, die S-Bahnhaltestellen Volksgarten und Friedrichstadt sind jeweils in nur 3-5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Damit gelangst du in 2min zum Hauptbahnhof und die S-11 bringt dich in 20min zum Flughafen.
Sonstiges
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Rewe sind alle 3-5min zu Fuß entfernt), einige nette Restaurants Cafés und Bars (Chi Bay, Dreiraum, Kassette, ...) , sowie den wunderschönen Volksgarten auch quasi vor der Haustür.
