The house offers an overview of City Life, the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova and the old town can be seen as if in the palm of your hand. The house is large, functional and elegant, with a terrace where you can have an aperitif with friends while enjoying the sunset and the Skyline of Milan. In two steps you are in the pool. Finally here you can discover the real luxury in Milan. Imagine your own luxury home in the center with 4 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, dining room, double living room, large terrace and fine finishes.
Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may be required based on arrival time. Payment of €35 will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time.
IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Milan (children under 18 years are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day which will have to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

La casa offre la panoramica su City Life, i grattacieli di Porta Nuova ed il centro storico si vede come sul palmo di una mano. La casa è grande, funzionale ed elegante, con un terrazzo dove prendere l'aperitivo con gli amici godendosi il tramonto e lo Skyline di Milano. In due passi siete in piscina. Finalmente qui potete scoprire il vero lusso a Milano. Immaginate la propria dimora di lusso in pieno centro con 4 camere da letto separate, 2 bagni separati, cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo, doppio soggiorno, grande terrazzo e finiture di pregio.
Il check-in è disponibile in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora.
