- All the amenities are on the next street to Otakringerstrasse: supermarkets, bakeries, drug stores, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, etc..
- A apartment with about 33 square meters consisting of two rooms: a sleeping room with high double bed and comfortable sofa. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Every one who lived here appreciated very much this high bed. You sleep in the bed above underneath you have your free space to use. A bed above gives you privacy when you have visit. No one sees your bed. This is possible because the room has 4 meter high ceiling. a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and a toilet.
- The monthly price depends on your duration of stay: one month 700 EUR; two months 600EUR. three months or more 550 EUR.
Here is why this apartment is cheaper even than a single room: I encourage people to save energy and to profit from taking their own responsibility. Therefore I reduced the rent of the apartment but let people to pay their own energy consumption. There are many ways to save energy without losing comfort, like refresh ambient air in rush but short windows open, improving the way you wash you dishes, reduce the temperature when you are not home etc.
According to past experience average payment for two person per month is averaged about 60€ over 12 moths. You send to me the pictures of the meter readings each month. I will calculate the cost accordingly. You pay with the rent together.
