This elegant studio of about 42 square meters finely furnished is located in one of the most residential areas of Miano about 10-15 minutes walk from City-Life. The studio is inside a villa that was built about 100 years ago, now completely renovated and refurbished in all its external and internal parts. It is also connected within a 300-meter walk of 2 major Milanese Metro stations on which you can reach any point in the city in a short time. In the immediate vicinity the neighborhood is vibrant with life with excellent bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
The studio consists of a large living \ sleeping area that includes a double sofa, a fine kitchen complete with induction hob, dishwasher, washer \ dryer and refrigerator. The wardrobes are all custom-made, very spacious and also suitable for holding personal effects even for a long period. It also has a large anteroom and a large bathroom with shower.
The external part consists of a large, very quiet, private and planted balcony, well cared for, where you can relax while sipping a drink.
