Zona multietnica, molto vivace con tutti i generi di negozi e servizi nei dintorni.

Costi aggiuntivi € 120 per pulizia finale, € 1000 quale deposito cauzionale che verrà restituito, alla fine del soggiorno, previo controllo che tutto sia in ordine così come consegnato all'inquilino, entro 10 giorni dal termine del soggiorno. Se si dovessero riscontrare danni dal deposito sarà trattenuta la relativa somma, dopo aver riparato eventuali danni. Estudio en zona muy céntrica, muy luminoso, con ventana cerca de la cocina americana, situado en la 1a planta de una finca de época sin ascensor. El estudio ha sido renovado recientemente. Amueblado con todas las comodidades, equipado con altillo con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama de 1 plaza y media, con calefacción y aire acondicionado, cocina de inducción. Hay un vano de techo que se puede utilizar como trastero para maletas, por ejemplo. Bien comunicado, se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del metro de Loreto y Pasteur, a pocos pasos de la parada de autobús. Zona multiétnica, muy animada con todo tipo de comercios y servicios en los alrededores. Gastos adicionales 120€ por limpieza final, 1000€ en concepto de fianza que se devolverá al final de la estancia, tras comprobar que todo está en orden tal y como se entrega al inquilino, en los 10 días siguientes al final de la estancia. Si se encuentran daños en el depósito, se retendrá la cantidad correspondiente, después de haber reparado los daños. El check-in y el chek-out son flexibles a convenir.
