There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation (Südtirolerplatz) is 300 Meter from the apartment located. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
The Building was built in 2020. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator with beautiful view through the skyline of Graz. The apartment has 54 m2 and a big balcony with 21 m2.
