The apartment is located in via Castelfidardo, near the Faculty of Psychology (15 minutes on foot); well connected to the city center (20 minutes by bus: lines 11 and 17); in a quiet position; all services are close (supermarkets, banks, tobacconist bars, etc.). The apartment, on the second floor, in addition to the bedrooms (8 in total, on 2 floors, it's very spacious), has 3 bathrooms, all with shower, kitchen (with washer\dryer and 2 refrigerators) and living area; all furnished with new furniture and is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
PRICE ALL INCLUSIVE. What does all-inclusive mean? Rent + condominium expenses + heating\conditioning + waste tax + electricity, water and gas bills + INTERNET + one monthly cleaning of the apartment. You will only have a cost for entry (350€) which includes drafting and registering the contract (taxes and stamps), entry and exit cleaning, maintenance and insurance costs for the duration of the contract.

L'appartamento si trova in via Castelfidardo, vicino alla Facoltà di Psicologia (15 minuti a piedi); collegato bene al centro città (20 minuti in autobus: linee 11 e 17); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, banca, bar tabacchi, (hidden)ppartamento, al secondo piano, oltre alle camere (8 in totale, 1 in mansarda, è molto spazioso), ha 3 bagni, tutti con doccia, cucina (con lavatrice\asciugatrice e 2 frigoriferi) e zona giorno; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc. etc.
PREZZO TUTTO INCLUSO. Cosa vuol dire tutto incluso? Affitto + spese condominiali + riscaldamento\condizionamento + tassa rifiuti + bolletta elettrica, acqua e gas + INTERNET + una pulizia mensile delle parti comuni dell'appartamento. Avrai solo un costo per l'ingresso di 350€, che include stesura e registrazione del contratto (imposte e bolli), pulizie di entrata e uscita, spese di manutenzione e assicurazione per tutta la durata del contratto.
