This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with private terrace has been completely renovated and offers luxury services.
Located in a typical Parisian building, with two entrances, each secured by two coded entrance doors. The apartment has a bathroom, an open kitchen, a living \ dining room, a bedroom and a terrace.
L'Atelier takes its name from the workshop-style glass and iron doors that separate the bedroom from the living \ dining room. The bedroom is very spacious with a queen-size bed surrounded by built-in closets. An antique shop is available to work on your computer. The wall above the bed is decorated with an original painting by French artist Pascal Amblard.
The living \ dining room is equipped with a dining table and four chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen TV. From this room you can step out onto the terrace where you can dine al fresco.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a large oven, a four-burner stove and a separate microwave.
The bathroom has a very large shower, a sink, toilet and a washing machine \ dryer.
All the flat is available for my guests.
A bail civil will be signed.
