The only possible extra costs are:

In the case of a couple, as in two persons living together, the total price is 1000e. per month WITH the private bathroom too (if not available only 930e.).

House Policies:
- Common areas: respectful behaviour, and sharing responsabilities for cleaning and maintenance are expected among all tenants.
- Guests: it is free to host only 1 guest for 2\3 nights per month (\;One Weekend Visit\;). If there are extra guests and\or stay longer and\or come back often, permission must be obtained by all house-mates and there is a 10e. per person per night extra charge.
- Security: the entrance door is monitored by video to guarantee home safety.
- Payments: once at home, all direct payments will be either by cash or through Paypal, and only in Euros.
- Contract: no residency nor rental contract registration.
