The flat is part of a typical ancient Florentine tower, on the first floor with a single ramp. The flat, recently renovated, is 50 square metres.
Inside the ancient tower, it has a private entrance with a gate. It consists of a living room (with double sofa bed), chairs, armchair, coffee table and dining table (a smaller one also in the kitchen), a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, a small single bedroom with armchair, both rooms have windows and a wardrobe. There is an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The apartment has six windows, with shutters, and a balcony overlooking Palazzo della Signoria with a view also of the Bargello.
The flat is tastefully furnished with recently renovated terracotta floors. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning in the master bedroom and paddles in the living room, (the flat is not, however, hot in summer) TV, CD\DVD, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, telephone available for local calls only (included in the rental price), ADSL connection (included), washing machine, the use of sheets and towels is included.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, gas oven and microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Italian and American coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses, crockery, teapot, toaster, rags, blender, napkins, as well as the minimum necessary in a kitchen (corkscrew, meat knives, paper towels etc. ...) What is not mentioned is not present in the flat.
The total capacity of the flat is 5 persons: double room, single room, sofa bed for two.

Extremely comfortable, charming and characteristic, the flat is located in the heart of old Florence. It is only 30 metres from the Uffizi and Piazza Signoria.
It overlooks the back of Palazzo della Signoria and the Bargello. It is 200 metres from the Ponte Vecchio and 300 metres from the cathedral.
The flat is located about 800 meters from the most important train and bus station in Florence: Santa Maria Novella, from which the cost of a taxi is about 5 euros and takes 5 minutes.
It is a very strategic and central position, so within walking distance you will find any kind of shops, restaurants, bars, groceries, means of transport.
Rent is 1000 euro if it is rented by 2 people - every other person older than 12 years old means +10% example: couple with a 13 year old child = 1100 euro p.m.

L'appartamento é parte di una tipica antica torre fiorentina, al primo piano con una sola rampa. L'appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, é di 50 metri quadrati.
All'interno dell'antica torre, ha una entrata privata con cancello. E' costituito da salotto (con divano letto due piazze), sedie, poltrona, tavolo da fumo e tavolo per i pasti (uno piú piccolo anche in cucina), una grande camera matrimoniale con possibile aggiunta di letto singolo, piccola camera singola con poltrona, entrambe le camere sono finestrate ed hanno guardaroba. Vi é una cucina abitabile, un bagno con doccia. L'abitazione ha sei finestre, con scuri, ed un balcone su palazzo della Signoria con vista anche sul Bargello.
L'appartamento é arredato con gusto con pavimenti in cotto recentemente rifatti. E' provvisto di riscaldamento, aria condizionata nella camera matrimoniale e pale nel salotto, ( l'appartamento non é, comunque, caldo d'estate) tv, cd\dvd, phon, ferro e asse da stiro, cassaforte, telefono disponibile solo per telefonate locali ( incluse nel prezzo di affitto), collegamento ADSL ( incluso), lavatrice, l'uso di lenzuola e asciugamani é incluso.
La cucina é munita di quatto fuochi, forno a gas e forno a microonde, frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, caffettiera all'italiana ed all'americana, piatti, tazze, bicchieri, stoviglie, teiera, tostapane, stracci, frullatore, tovaglioli, nonché quanto minimamente necessario in una cucina ( cavatappi, coltelli da carne, tovaglioli di carta etc...) Ció che non é menzionato non é presente nell'appartamento.
La capacitá totale dell'appartamento é di 5 persone: camera doppia, camera singola, divano letto per due.

Ha gli affacci sul retro di Palazzo della Signoria e vista sul Bargello. Dal Ponte Vecchio dista 200 metri e dalla cattedrale 300 metri.
