The Düsseldorf district Oberbilk is near to the center, the variety of cultural facilities, its varied gastronomy and the proximity to the Heinrich-Heine-University in a popular residential area for young and old. The infrastructure leaves Oberbilk all of your wishes – shopping, parks, and green spaces like the Botanical garden are in the immediate environment. In addition, the Düsseldorf Arcaden are within a few minutes’ walk.
The property is located in a very quiet location near the Volksgarten, but the center is close. The transport connection to the airport, as well as to the fair is very well. The Düsseldorf’s Königsallee. Avenue and the main station are reached in a few minutes by foot. The public transport system in Düsseldorf is very well developed. Free Parking can be found directly in front of the apartment along the road, and in the surround.
