This charming studio offers a well-designed space with a comfortable sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed, separated from the living area by a wardrobe. The living area is furnished with a sofa, side table, desk, and bookcase. There’s also a flat-screen TV, electric heater, and a dining table for two people, creating a cozy environment to relax or work.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a small one-door refrigerator with a small freezer. Additional amenities include a toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle, along with crockery, cutlery, pots, and other kitchen essentials. The water is heated with a 75L cylinder. Although there is no washing machine in the studio, a self-service laundry is conveniently located nearby.
The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a large shower, washbasin with storage, a large mirror, and a toilet.
