Beautiful, newly renovated 3 room maisonette opposite the Nordpark.
Very quiet location, plenty of free parking spaces available. The Messe Ost\Stockumer Kirchstraße bus stop is 200 m away. You can reach the city centre in 11 minutes and the trade fair centre in 9 minutes on foot.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with Jura coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with TV and desk and a very large balcony (4.50 m x 1.50 m) facing the sun. A 1,000 Mbit\s WLAN connection is available and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room.
A highlight is also the new, bright bathroom. The guest bathroom is on the ground floor.
Supermarket, baker, butcher, pharmacy and restaurants are 100 m away.
A 26 inch bicycle can be used and there is a washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room.
Smoking is not allowed in the living room.
