Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten und ursprünglichen Stadtteil Neuhausen. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit Abstellkammer, einem Bad, einer Küche und einer Diele.
Bad und Küche wurden 2020 vollständig renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine moderne ebenerdige Dusche mit Massagedüsen und Erlebnissduschkopf. Die Küche ist ein eigener Raum, hell eingerichtet und hat eine Granitarbeitsplatte. Die ganze Wohnung wurde neu gestrichen.
Der Balkon ist südwärts ausgerichtet und geht nicht zur Straße. Der Balkon verfügt über eine Markise.
