The recently renovated property is spread over 3 levels which, allowing each of the 2 tenants total privacy, is composed on the ground floor of a living room with open kitchen equipped with Bosh appliances, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven and Elica hood and 3rd small bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning.
Both rooms are free at the moment.
The monthly fee required is 850 and includes water, wifi fiber 1000, TARI and condominium expenses.
electricity and gas are on consumption.
We are not an agency, there are no extra costs other than contract registration.
