Der Mietpreis versteht sich als PAUSCHALPREIS und beinhaltet alle anfallenden Kosten, incl. STROM, WASSER, HEIZUNG, W-Lan etc.. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an!!! Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 4 Monate. Kontaktlose 24\7 Schlüsselübergabe möglich. Schlüsselsafe sowie Einzugsanleitung sind vorhanden.
Ausstattung: Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Ein Smart-TV mit Sat Anschluss sowie eine separate Einbauküche incl. Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Spülmaschine, Retro Kühl-\Gefrierschrank und Ceranfeld sind Teil dieses Apartments. Eigener Telefonanschluss ist möglich. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, es ist aber alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Dusche, Toilette, Waschtisch, Spiegelschrank sowie Heizung mit Handtuchwärmer.
