fatture effettivamente ricevute dai fornitori delle utenze domestiche. Il deposito cauzionale sarà
restituito per intero se le spese effettive non superano quanto già versato. L'eccedenza del fondo
cassa per le spese generali verrà restituito agli inquilini. Il Deposito cauzionale è pari ad una mensilità.
