Detached house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two independent bathrooms, located five minutes walk from the Cathedral and El Alcázar, with capacity for five people.
The house is an old house rehabilitated from those in which lived the royal officials assigned in the Mint. The American galleons unloaded the gold in the Torres del Oro and La Plata and melted there to make coins for the entire Spanish Empire. It is two minutes from the river, the Cathedral and the entire monumental area of Seville
It is heated and cold and all its furniture is new; the apartment has sheets, towels and blankets and free internet connection.
This old two-storey house is located in the Patio del Tesorero, in the building that was the coin factory known as Casa de la Moneda, it is therefore very independent: no neighbor will have to suffer.
The place where it is located is very quiet, although it is in the heart of Seville a few meters from the Torre del Oro, and the Cathedral. The apartment is divided into:
1o \ The living room with seating area and dining room with seating for 5 people.
2nd \ The kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, ketel, and plenty of kitchenware and crockery)
3o \ Two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There are enough lockers to leave the clothes and personal effects of the guests.

The neighborhood also has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
We recommend the typical restaurant \;Casablanca\;, where you can taste the typical Andalusian cuisine.
A little over three minutes walk can find all the bars and restaurants in the area of La Judería and Barrio de Santa Cruz.
Located ten minutes by taxi from the Santa Justa train station, and twenty minutes from the airport. If you want to rent a car, you will find all the rental companies in the same San Justa Station, or in the same Calle Almirante Lobo, one step away from the house.
An adjacent public parking makes it very convenient to arrive by rental car: The parking is called Avenida de Roma.
