Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture \ upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung \ student registration”
For rental contracts of less than 6 months, the currently valid VAT of 7% will be added to the normal rental price. This will increase the rental price.
