Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung nur für 1 Monat, 2 Monate, 3 Monate etc zu mieten!
Wegen meiner beruflichen Situation ist es wahrscheinlich möglich, die Wohnung längerfristig zu mieten. Dies kann ich aber Stand jetzt noch nicht genau beantworten.
Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, vor allem im Sommer\Herbst\Frühling wenn man die Terrasse und Garten nutzen kann!! Wenn morgens das Eichhörnchen durch den Garten läuft und die Vögel zwitschern, denkst du, du bist nicht in München! Einfach wunderbare Atmosphäre!
