Fornito di tutto, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalle stoviglie ai coprimaterassi.
1400 euro + 520 di spese TOTALI, compreso riscaldamento, wifi e utenze (esclusa solo bolletta elettrica per luce e aria condizionata, ma non ci sono né boiler elettrici né piastre quindi la bolletta è molto bassa).
Camera, bagno e cucina sono di uso esclusivo. Ingresso e corridoio sono in comune con un altro appartamento.

All'atto della prenotazione va versata la prima mensilità al sito e la cauzione direttamente al proprietario.
La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore.
La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Residenziale, centrale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti.
