It is located in the neighborhood of El Gótico, in the center of Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the port of Barcelona. The Catalunya train station is the central point of the place and is one of the best and largest stations in Barcelona, with direct trains to the airport and other destinations outside the city. Nearby is the Liceu metro stop and Plaça Catalunya (L1 – L3) Green and Red Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops. It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and enjoy the most touristic and emblematic places in the city.
RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly\ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Rent: 2150€\ month
4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent
5 - Utilities: 300€\ month
6- Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
6 - Cleaning fee to be paid once: 200€ + VAT
After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes.
You will have 7 days to make the payments for the quotes.
In case your arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately
