Perfect location in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district. Around the corner is the Kollwitzplatz, the Kastanienallee, the Wasserturm, the Kulturbrauerei and the famous Mauerpark. It is only a 5 minute walk to the underground station Eberswalder Strasse. From here you can quickly get to the Alexanderplatz and the west of Berlin or to all other directions. Restaurants of all Nations are around. A Supermarket REWE is right across the street in the Kulturbrauerei, other shops for daily need as butcher, baker, dry cleaner or pharmacy are within walking distance.
The rent includes also GEZ-fee, free WiFi and a cleaning of the apartment once a month. Only the electricity costs are charged separately all 3 month on personal consumption.
We rent up from 6 months with the possibility to extend. Moving in at the beginning of a month, moving out at the end of a month.
You will get the „Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung“ (certificate of residence) by moving in.
