The unobstructed view of the skyline from all rooms and the large balcony (south-west facing) is sensational. The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator and is very quiet. You can walk to the Südbahnhof and the city center within 10 minutes. The big supermarket is right next door. The apartment has a parking space and an underground parking space.
