Next to the train station there is the tram terminus. The highway is 1 km away.
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, there is a courtyard with a shared garden. The neighborhood is very popular, but it is quiet and safe.

L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata con pompa di calore per il riscaldamento; piastra a induzione per cucinare, frigorifero ovviamente, un microonde e lavatrice.
La zona è periferica ma la Stazione dei treni di Certosa è a 100 metri e ti può portare velocemente alla metro di Garibaldi così che in 25 minuti sei in centro o, in 4 minuti di treno, alla Fiera di Rho o all'Ospedale Galeazzi. Accanto alla Stazione dei treni c'è il capolinea dei tram. L'autostrada è a 1 km.
L’appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, c’è un cortile con giardino condominiale. Il quartiere è molto popolare, ma è tranquillo e sicuro.
