The flat is very cozy, well furnished, with all the comforts and facilities required for a home. An interior designer has studied the distribution of every part of the flat! There is a guardian every day and a big garden where you can also park your bike. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the entrance. To allow more privacy, each room is equipped like a small studio apartment with a living room\bedroom and separate entrances. The whole house has a great internet connection.

- We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 20.
Check-in after 20 during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee.
- In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded.
The building is beautiful, elegant, quiet, and surrounded by a big park. The entire apartment has views over the park. This property is located in Via dell'Assunta, Milan. The area is residential, very green, with all services (supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacies, and shops. There are trendy and historic pubs and restaurants of Milan). Request for a contract to be registered must be paid €170 for each contract plus the registration costs to the revenue agency, if instead it is a company they are about another €70

Ogni stanza è indipendente e studiata come un piccolo monolocale, dotato di ogni comfort per la casa.
