La cucina è in comune con una sola altra camera.
1080 euro + 380 di spese TOTALI, compreso condominio, portineria, riscaldamento, wifi e utenza del gas. Rimane esclusa solo l'elettricità da pagare in base al consumo, difficilmente stimabile per uso o meno dell'aria condizionata\climatizzatore.
