The apartment is a nice open space (for 1 person) recently located in a historic Florentine building from the early 1900s. Its location at the gates of the center makes it a perfect point of the comfort and brightness of the spaces, together with the access of accessories to an internal courtyard \ garden, allows guests to rest in a pleasant and quiet environment.
The standard minimum rental period is of 5 months but I can accept shorter rental periods with an increase on the monthly rent. All details will be discussed on the chat during the booking process.
L'appartamento è un grazioso open space (ideale per 1 persona) recentemente rinnovato situato al piano terreno di un palazzo fiorentino dei primi anni del 900. La sua collocazione alle porte del centro storico lo rendono un perfetto punto di partenza per esplorare Firenze e il folcloristico quartiere di Sant'Ambrogio mentre il comfort e la luminosità degli spazi, insieme all'accesso ad una corte\giardino interna, permettono agli ospiti di riposarsi in un ambiente piacevole e silenzioso.
Il periodo minimo standard di noleggio è di 5 mesi ma posso accettare periodi di noleggio più brevi con un aumento del canone mensile. Tutti i dettagli saranno discussi sulla chat durante il processo di prenotazione.
