All rental contracts must obligatorily end on February 28th, or depending on when the booking is made, on July 31st or August 31st.
During the summer months of June, July, and August, cancellations are not possible.

The room is comfortable and welcoming, has a double container bed with memory mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, latest generation LED TV, desk and chair, bookcase, bedside table, TV.
The balcony overlooks the quiet courtyard and is furnished to give us the opportunity to spend a few hours working, studying or relaxing outdoors. The very bright apartment has recently been renovated, then completely newly furnished, is divided into 6 large rooms each equipped with all comforts. The furnishings are completed by various accessories such as microwave oven, washer dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc ... It has two new bathrooms and a large kitchen with balcony for common use, the apartment is to be shared with 6 other tenants, it is a mixed apartment.
We are in CITY STUDIES, every department of the Polytechnic is within walking distance and the LAMBRATE stop of the green underground is only 200m away. Furthermore, we have surface vehicles (93, 33, 19, 45) under the house and all types of services within easy walking distance. the building is elegant and very tidy and has a concierge service every day.
The fee INCLUDES € 100 of expenses that include everything (condominium expenses, cleaning service twice a month, Tari, TV, WiFi 1000 fibre, etc ..)
