Hello! We are Rubén and Nora (spanish 40y\o and Swedish 30 y\o) and Xantal, the third flatmate returns to HongKong, so we rent her room in a newly renovated apartment.
The apartment is quite spacious, newly renovated and painted, has a balcony with two chairs and unobstructed views, two bathrooms and a large kitchen, there is heating, Internet and a lady comes to clean every month.
The room is interior, has a wardrobe, table, chair, 1,20x1.90 bed (neither big nor small). utilities (gas, elect, internet, water) are included in the price with limits (30 eur each). You have to leave 1 month deposit.

We are looking for someone sociable, responsible, clean, fun.
Rarely Nora is coming with her partner, those days we would be 3 + you.
