The private duplex (maisonette) apartment of 54 sqm can host 1 or 2 persons (+100 EUR rent for the 2nd person). The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a view to both the street side and the garden. It has its own, fully equipped kitchen, and its own private bathroom. The living room provides direct access to the upper bedroom area via a ladder.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), beddings, towels, wardrobes, desk, bedside tables, armchairs, sofas, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, laundry, and everything you see at the pictures.
The house has:
