We designed a new environment created for students, young professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in the beautiful city of Bonn, in a beautiful WG, specially made for you. Only for ONE person.
It is a renovated shared house of 3 floors with 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, heating, patio, basement, and laundry. Fully equipped.
We have this room available to offer you, in the heart of Bonn, in Altstadt.
On the top floor there is an apartment, which only shares the access, laundry, and patio with the other tenants.
The house is located in the heart of Altstadt,
200 mt from the center
150 mt from public transport
800 mt from the central station
1 km from the University of Bonn.
This is Room 4 (please see the plane): with a private bathroom (located on the street level)
The room has 15sqm, located on the second floor, with ceilings 3 meters high, and has a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, and more.
To the front of this room, there is another room (room 3) and the stairs. It is necessary to use the bathrooms that are downstairs.
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and Hausmeister services.
Additionally, we request a bond refundable at the end of your stay.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport, all very close to the house.
For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly:
The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.
The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.

All rooms have keys.
Visitors
Visitors (meaning tourists friends) with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his\ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.
Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

We make a temporary rental contract. The provisions of this website will be applied for the management of payments.
