The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage.

We offer you a double room N°4 (please see the plan), available for one person.The apartment is located upstairs ( 4th floor without elevator)
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair.
ROOM 4
The room has 20 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating.
OTHERS
We make a contract with an option to do the register (\;Anmeldung\; at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
The property will be to share with other people.
We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything.
The bond is refundable at the end of the stay.
No smoking on the property.

OVERVIEW
This beautiful neighborhood, Südstadt is situated south of the center, the district is bordered by the Regina-Pacis-Weg, Poppelsdorfer Allee, Weberstraße and the Rhine.
Together with Bonn's Weststadt, the Südstadt is often described as the largest contiguous and preserved Wilhelminian style quarter in Germany.
LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOOD
It is located close to the center of Bonn, at:

The property has a small storage room for your bike if you need it.
For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly:
The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.
The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
We also have more rooms available in Bonn, in Beuel, Atslatdt, and Südstadt neighborhoods.

Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his\ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Housemates
Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.

We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
