We are dedicated to managing properties, in which we design spaces exclusively for students, professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful shared apartment, in Bonn, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The property is located in Bonn- Beuel district, in a heritage charming house of 350 sqm. On the ground floor of 120 sqm are 3 double rooms with kitchen, a bathroom, laundry, basement, bikes storage, party room, a little fitness room, and a nice garden.
ROOM 1 (please see the floor plan)
The bedroom has 23 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, two wardrobes, sofa bed, towels, lamps, shelves, side tables, desk, bedside table, armchair, dining - bar table, and a kitchen (newly built) fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, and a small dishwasher, door lock, central heating, and internet WIFI.
This room share one bathroom with another two rooms.
In the courtyard, there is a small fitness room available for all the flatmates.
We make a contract with an option to do the register (\;Anmeldung\; at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
A virtual tour\photos 360 degrees, is also possible.
This price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services.
