Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza CAtaluña in 5 minutes, or 11 de Septembre metro station. The area is super cosy plenty of tapas bars, bars, supermarkets. The studio has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets .
Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills.
