Very well connected, close to stores and restaurants, we find this 200m2 coliving with balconies to Mallorca and Enquique Granados streets.
It is a Coliving that consists of a living-dining room and independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, two refrigerators and kitchenware. The laundry area has a washing machine and dryer.
In the night area, we find seven bedrooms, all of them double and several with access to terrace and balcony.
