We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals\interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The building is a historic charming house with a nice garden.
All the rooms are fully furnished (all new) with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use.

9 sqm. Located on the second floor of the house.
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and Hausmeister services.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay.
OTHERS
We make a contract with an option to do the register (\;Anmeldung\; at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
The contract is fortnightly.

Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his\ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Housmates
Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
