Es befindet sich im ruhigen Seitenflügel, im Erdgeschoss eines frisch sanierten Berliner Altbaus. 42 qm misst das Apartment, hat einen Wohn-\Schla(hidden)ereich, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne sowie eine Terrasse. Vom Wohnschlafzimmer und der Küche blickt man in den begrünten Innenhof. Das Apartment liegt in dem sehr beliebten Berliner \;In-Bezirk\; Prenzlauer Berg. Es dominiert jener lässig-ironische Schick, der Berlin den Ruf als Trendsetter eingetragen hat. The apartment \;dream in white\; is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is located in the quiet side wing, on the ground floor of a freshly renovated old building in Berlin. The apartment measures 42 sqm, has a living\sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom with tub and a terrace. From the living-bedroom and the kitchen, you have a view into the green inner courtyard. The apartment is located in the very popular Berlin \;in-district\; Prenzlauer Berg. It is dominated by the casual-ironic chic that has earned Berlin its reputation as a trendsetter. The density of entertainment is very high in Stargarder Straße behind the Gethsemanekirche just around the corner and in the quarter around Helmholtzplatz. At night, life comes alive in Prenzlauer Berg, for example in the Kulturbrauerei brewery. Many cosy cafés and restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment. You can explore Berlin with the U- and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and tram stop in the immediate vicinity.
Living and sleeping area: The living area is furnished with two modern leather armchairs in noble white with side tables, a flat screen TV with cable connection and a WLAN connection. Beautiful floor lamps complete the picture. A terrace with a table and chairs in the inner courtyard invite you to sit outside. The sleeping area has a beautiful double bed with canopy (hidden)m) with bedside tables and a wardrobe (incl. bed linen).
Kitchen: In the kitchen, there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator and a table with chairs for a comfortable breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Of course, there are dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots in the beautiful antique wall cupboard.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a toilet, a washbasin and a washing machine. Towels are available.
As you can see the apartment is fully equipped. You don't need to take anything with you to Berlin. And in Prenzlauer Berg, you are well connected!
