Das Apartment ist im mediterranen Stil sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es befindet sich im ruhigen Seitenflügel, erste Etage eines frisch sanierten Berliner Altbaus. Ein Wohn-\Schla(hidden)ereich mit angrenzendem Balkon, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche sind auf die 42 qm des Apartments aufgeteilt. Von allen Zimmern blickt man in den begrünten Innenhof. Das Apartment liegt im sehr beliebten \;In-Bezirk\; Prenzlauer Berg. Das Besondere am Prenzlauer Berg sind die Boutiquen mit Berliner Fashion-Labels und Läden mit flippigen Szeneklamotten, Mode- und Wohnaccessoires. Antiquariate, Galerien und Geschäfte ansässiger Künstler, Kunsthandwerker und Designer liegen in der direkten Nachbarschaft zu netten Cafés und Restaurants. U- und S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee und Tramhaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe um Berlin zu erkunden.
Wohn- und Schla(hidden)ereich: Der Wohnbereich ist ausgestattet mit einem weißen Lederschlafsofa (1.20 x 2.00 m), einem Beistelltisch, einem Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und einem WLAN-Anschluss. Der Schla(hidden)ereich hat zwei Pinienechtholzbetten im mediterranen Stil (je 0.90 x 2.00 m) mit Nachttischen und zwei schmalen Pinienholzschränke. Bettwäsche nach Absprache.
Küche: In der Küche gibt es einen Herd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und einen Tisch mit Stühlen für ein gemütliches Frühstück, einen Kaffeebereiter, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster. Selbstverständlich sind Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe in dem schönen Küchenschrank vorhanden.
Bad: Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Dusche, einer Toilette, einem Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine. Handtücher und Föhn sind vorhanden.

Apartment Mediterranean style: Southern feeling in Berlin.
The apartment is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped in Mediterranean style. It is located in the quiet side wing, first floor of a newly renovated old building in Berlin. A living\sleeping area with adjoining balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower are spread over the 42 sqm of the apartment. From all rooms, you have a view into the green inner courtyard. The apartment is located in the very popular \;in-district\; Prenzlauer Berg. The special thing about Prenzlauer Berg is the boutiques with Berlin fashion labels and shops with funky trendy clothes, fashion and home accessories. Antiquarian bookshops, galleries and shops of local artists, craftsmen and designers are located in the direct vicinity of nice cafés and restaurants. Underground and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and tram stops are close by to explore Berlin.
Living and sleeping area: The living area is equipped with a white leather sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), a side table, a flat screen TV with cable connection and a WLAN connection. A fancy table lamp and a chandelier complete the picture. Adjacent to the living area is a balcony with table and chairs, which can also be used for the living area. The sleeping area has two pinewood beds in Mediterranean style (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) with bedside tables and two narrow pine wood cupboards. Bed linen is provided.
Kitchen: In the kitchen, there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a table with chairs for a comfortable breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Of course, there are dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots in the beautiful kitchen cupboard.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. Towels and hairdryer are available.
So pack only the most necessary for the trip to Berlin, then there is still room for a souvenir from Prenzlauer Berg!
