Please don't reserve a place until you text me. A 34-square-meter, furnished, the mechanized apartment is for rent in the center of Budapest, Near Deak Ferenc Ter. Perfect transportation, absolute downtown, French balcony, air conditioning, fully equipped with all necessities of a short stay. I am leaving for 2 months and have to leave some of my belongings in the apartment, so please take into consideration my requirements: The apartment is for 1 person, so if there will be 2 of you, contact me and we will discuss the details, a tenant needs to keep the apartment clean and use it with caution, no parties. Photos of the meters will be taken in case of overconsumption of water and electricity, I will explain when you contact me. I can provide the necessities as in air...b nb apartments including the cleaning but you should leave the place in normal condition.
